Where Technical Floors Meet Home Garages

Epoxy flooring in Titusville serves two quite different customers: technical workplaces and households. The city sits on the Indian River, west of Merritt Island and Kennedy Space Center, and Wikipedia notes that many of its major employers are aerospace companies. Those workplaces and the homes of the people who staff them both need floors that last.

Aerospace and clean work areas

Assembly rooms, test areas and parts storage need floors that do not shed dust, resist chemicals and can be kept spotless. We install seamless 100% solids epoxy with chemical-resistant topcoats and can add color-coded zones and aisle lines. Static-control systems are a specialty request, so ask about them during the estimate if your work needs one.

Hangars and warbirds

The Valiant Air Command Warbird Museum is in Titusville, and its TICO Warbird Air Show draws about 40,000 to 50,000 visitors each March. Aviation floors take tire loads, hydraulic fluid and jet fuel. A light, reflective coating also brightens a hangar so mechanics can see what they drop.

Medical floors

Parrish Medical Center is the city's largest employer. Clinics, labs and support spaces need floors that can be disinfected daily without wearing thin. We install commercial systems with coved edges where needed and plan around patient schedules.

Home garages along the river

The 2020 census counted 23,433 housing units in Titusville. For homeowners, the usual pick is flake sealed under polyaspartic, which hides wear and handles sun through an open door. Riverfront lots sit low, so the moisture test comes before the primer choice.

After the shuttle

The local economy contracted after the space shuttle program ended. If you are buying or fixing up an older house here, a coated garage is a practical upgrade that cleans easily and protects the slab.

Titusville Questions

Can you coat a Titusville aerospace or assembly floor?

Yes. We install seamless, chemical-resistant epoxy with marked zones. Tell us about any static or cleanliness specs at the estimate.

What works for an aircraft hangar?

A thick epoxy base with a fuel- and fluid-resistant topcoat, usually in a light color to brighten the space.

Do you work in medical facilities?

Yes. We use seamless systems that tolerate daily disinfecting and schedule around patients and staff.

My house is near the river. Do you test for moisture?

Every time. Low riverfront lots can push moisture through a slab, and the reading decides the primer.
