Epoxy Flooring in Viera, FL

Epoxy flooring in Viera comes with a step many towns do not have: community review. Viera is a planned community of 76 neighborhoods developed by the Viera Company, a subsidiary of A. Duda and Sons, with groundbreaking in 1989. In Viera East, the Viera East Community Association acts as the master association and oversees a Modifications Review Committee.

Will you need approval?

An interior garage floor is rarely something an association reviews. A coated driveway, front walk or entry porch is different, because neighbors can see it. Before we coat anything visible from the street, we suggest you check your neighborhood's guidelines and, if needed, submit a request. We can supply product data sheets and color samples for the application.

Floors for active-adult neighborhoods

Viera includes several 55+ communities, among them Bridgewater at Viera, Heritage Isle and Grand Isle. In those homes, owners often care more about footing than flash. A flake floor with a fine grit in the topcoat gives steady traction, and a lighter color helps with visibility. We can also coat lanai and entry slabs so the texture is consistent through the house.

Newer slabs, still worth testing

Because construction here began in the 1990s, most garage slabs are relatively young. They still need a grind to remove builder sealers and open the surface, and every floor still gets a moisture test. A younger slab can hold more water than people expect, especially after a rainy summer.

Offices and medical suites

The county's administration complex, the Moore Justice Center and the School Board offices are all here, alongside medical and industrial parks. Clinics, labs and back-of-house rooms need seamless, cleanable floors. We install commercial epoxy systems that can be mopped and disinfected without wearing through.
